Amy Chase

Amy Chase, originally from Sydney, started her career as a live vocalist performing in live bands blending the sounds of Soul, R&B, Jazz and Contemporary sounds. Supporting artists such as Daryl Braithwaite, Marcia Hines, The Models, Paulini, Emily Williams and Andrew Wishart, she soon discovered the sounds of House music, which lead to a new road in her career in the dance music scene.

After supporting many of the world’s finest DJs, most recently Australian bad boys, Bombs Away, Amy is now releasing her first single, Saya Suka, on Rise Up Records with Pacha resident dj, Matt Caseli. With a performance that encompasses the sounds of great artists such as Beyonce, Lauryn Hill, Alicia Keys and Aretha Franklin, Amy keeps the audience in the palm of her hand during any performance. Amy has hand-picked the finest musicians Cairns has to offer creating a band that has a constantly evolving repertoire. Each guest musician brings their own flare, creativity and style to the show complementing the musical finesse of Amy Chase.

Antigone

Antigone

If you’re looking for a world class entertainer and a cut above the rest then Antigone is your dame. This multi-talented singer songwriter has several globally successful singles and an album to her name, as well as over a decade’s international touring experience (including 5 years in London).

Antigone will beguile and entertain your guests with a voice to die for, style to cry for and theatrics galore! Antigone‘s break came in 2000 after rigorous musical training when she sang and co-wrote the now club classic ‘The Bass Has Got Me Movin’ along with 2 other tracks on the ARIA nominated [love] tattoo album. She then recruited [love] tattoo (now Potbelleez) producer Justin Shave and they formed Etherfox, debuting with the latin house stomper ‘The Whirled you Live’ – a global success and licensed in Europe.

Antigone and Shave then relocated to London in 2004 for 5 years, working in the record, film and advertising industries. They hooked up with fellow house-popsters The Shapeshifters (of UK No 1 ‘Lola’s Theme’ fame), were signed to their label Nocturnal Groove with the Etherfox single ‘Something Different to Say’, co-wrote and appeared on their debut album and toured live.

Inevitably Antigone went solo. She and Shave produced the critically acclaimed pop-dance album ‘AntigoneLand’, from which came the top 10 UK club smash of 2009 ‘More Man Than Man’. They toured Europe’s most fabulous clubs and festivals and made some pretty funny videos!

Now back in Sydney to raise hers and Shave’s lovechild, she is struttin’ her stuff with brother Levi‘s posse La Fiesta Sound System and working on new music.

Antigone‘s preferred partners in La Fiesta Sound System are Chloe West and Shave.
